Currently, I really don't like Chris Pronger. He gets away with too much. He gets too much superstar treatment. He is a jackass, in my opinion.
Before he retired, I never really liked Zigmund Palffy. I'm not quite to sure why.
What are your opinions on who you don't like?
I'm curious.
(I'm assuming I am going to be hearing a lot of "Sean Avery's" lol)
I also hate chris simon because of the whack to the face with his stick to ryan hollweg.
Todd bertuzzi should have had his career to an end for ending another players career.

Usually, I don't like players because they (a) try to injure other players, which I don't respect at all, or (b) are cocky/full of themselves and don't deserve to be. Or even if they DO deserve to be, I don't like people like that heh.
Chris Pronger - I think he's a great defenseman, but he's definitely a dirty player. I don't necessarily hate him, but I hate that he gets away with being dirty. For example, he got an 8 game suspension for stomping Ryan Kesler when Chris Simon got 30 for stomping Jarkko Ruutu.
Chris Simon - He's been suspended almost 10 times, stomped on a guy, and gave a two-handed slash to the face. And he's not even a great player like Pronger. I don't know why any team would put up with him. He's high risk and low reward.
Paul Gaustad - I live in Winnipeg and when he was in the AHL his team played the Manitoba Moose in the playoffs, where he pulled a Bertuzzi on Lee Goren. He plays a little bit dirty all the time, but this one incident was incredibly dirty.
Jaroslav Spacek - On more than one occasion, he has come off the bench or out of the penalty box right when a player is skating by and he hits them. One time, he came off the bench, immediately dropped to his knees, and took out a guy's legs. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzDZKo6pRā ¦ here's an example, but I couldn't find the dirtier example.
Andrew Peters - He tried fighting (basically just suckerpunched)Jason Spezza when Spezza was being held by a linesman, then he fought Ray Emery. It's an unwritten rule that you don't go after the goalie like that.
Mike Peca - He submarined Teemu Selanne in Selanne's 2nd year in the league, and he really messed up Teemu's leg (I think he tore his achilles tendon as well as some other tendons). Selanne has never been the same since then, and I don't like Peca because he ruined greatness. Selanne scored 76 goals as a rookie and could have been the greatest goal scorer of all time. When Selanne came back, he had lost a step. Just imagine how could Selanne would have been had he been fully healthy.
Jesse Boulerice - That cross-check on Kesler was incredibly dirty. I lose all respect for a player when he does something like that.
Also, Derian Hatcher, Brad May, and probably 1/2 of the Maple Leafs lineup.
Todd Bertuzzi (should not be allowed to play)
Chris Pronger (tried to get in a fight about some guy punching his mouth guard while he was wearing a mouth guard)
Marty Turco (handles the puck and uses his invincibility too much, I would like to see him come out and just get pummeled by a player trying to beat him to the puck on a possible breakaway.)
Daniel Alfredsson ( after stunt last year, slap shot into Niedermayer.)
there are a few more but these are some of the worst ones.
I know a lot of people hated Claude Lemieux. I did early in his career (and he;d put Sidney Crosby's diving antics to shame), but as he matured, I realized he was a pest and would be good on any number of teams.
I'll throw my hat into the Avery ring. He certainly is creative with his annoyance. But, he takes dumb penalties. That's where he fails. I don't hate him, I just think he doesn't use his head enough.
Darcy Tucker, Sean Avery & Chris Simon I also hate for many reasons.
Any Avalanche player (except sakic)- no respect for anyone.
Sean Avery.. I mean, he's a good hockey player - i give him credit.. don't hate him, but there are just certain things in hockey you just DON'T do.
